Great hotel, service , food, location, and more . The reception staffs are very professional Mr. Sadat in the morning and Mr. Haroun at night . They made our stay so wonderful. The hotel location is super great and the best in Istanbul. You have all kinds of transports such as tram, tunnel tramvay, metro, and sea ships. The breakfast is so good and the staffs at the restaurant and Cafe are so friendly. Don't think about another hotel than this in Istanbul

We stayed for four nights for our very first Istanbul Trip. We would give full rating with respect to location as it is the true center for all major tourist activities. However, for we found them un-reasonable when it comes to customer services. Although per night rate was CAD $200, there was no Iron and its stand in the room. When we got the iron, it came in without the iron stand and we had to struggle ironing the clothes on the bed. While ironing the bed covering got a little damaged as there was no stand to properly perform ironing and right 30 minutes before our departure from hotel, they asked us to pay CAD $100 for new bedding. We had no choice but to pay in order to get going to airport to catch our flight. We requested them to reduce the payment since 50% it was their mistake but they didn’t consider our request - This was bad experience to end the trip.
