Great stay. Well located for skiing Pal and Arinsol sector. Breakfasts were great as well as the dinner options, if you opted for the buffet. Friendly staff. Cons: Kettle in the room would be appreciated. Also, control of the thermostat in the rooms would also help. 24.5 degrees celsius is too high. I was getting flaky skin and nose bleeds cause it was so dry and hot in the room. Had to sleep with the window open which means outside noise throughout the night, which in Andorra La Masanna is not that bad, but early traffic noise in the morning is a reality. Available non slip mats in for the bath slash shower might also be a good idea. Had a few slips in the tub while showering. Other than that. Awesome time with Hotel Magic Andorra.

Tldr; was asked to leave, and the police was called by the woman that works the night shift. Hotel, room, and others were fine. The woman with cornrows on the front desk night shift on the 1st of June 2025 lacks of education, common sense, 0 critical thinking, discriminative (I'm Asian but she's also an immigrant), and no empathy. I arrived at 4.30am and showed her my fully paid booking. It's freezing outside, and I told her that I understand the check in is at 15.00 so I'll wait on the lobby until businesses outside start to open. I also ask for her recommendation on what to do in the case like this. Instead of offering me to pay for another night (with which I'm OK), or providing any other win-win solution, she insists that I left asap because "I don't know who you are and what you want" (of course we have never met before, I'm a tourist...). I tell her I need some moments to gather my items and use the wifi (my Spanish 4G doesn't work in Andorra) to search the map for a cafeteria open the earliest (I really need to shelter myself from the 4am freezing cold). She yelled and asked me to leave, and proceeded to call the police. I don't understand why someone who doesn't understand hospitality is placed on the front desk of a good hotel?? Or is it the hotel's standard procedure to call the police to report a guest who has PAID FULL and just needing a little shelter cos it's freezing and nothing outside is open at 4am?? That lady need some disciplining from the management!! The rest of staff are wonderful.

I’ll keep this simple False advertising faculties see photos below as sauna / spa is not free and it’s also the type of spa that you could build better using empty cereal boxes Awful hotel, tried to convince me air con was working when room temp remained 26 degrees, despite explaining my disability and the affect the temp would have on my heart the lack of English speaking and terrible customer service and lack of care meant I checked out within hours of arrival, also the fact that the “fitness centre” was just a broken bike and a treadmill! The hotel is a mess I would avoid at all costs and no attempt at compensation or even reply from manager was provided! But this will also be posted to 200k followers on insta and TikTok so will Hopefully prevent 1000€s being spent on this awful hotel
