Great hotel for skiing. We have been here twice now and always have had a great time. The staff are very friendly and very attentive. There is a British style pub on site, which is great as they have all sorts of pub games available, such as pool, darts, table football, and arcade machines. This keeps the kids entertained during apres ski. The location is a few minutes' walk to the main gondola/cable car, which gets you to the top in about 10 minutes. They seem to be geared up for cycling during the summer months, and I would imagine the hotel is great at hosting cyclists and mountain bikers enjoying the alpine gradients that the area has to offer.
One of the best hotels in Andorra! Every time I come it’s perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is great. The reception desk is exceptional… I am remembered year after a year. Shout out to Paula and Augustina for being so welcoming and providing such great hospitality.
Great hotel! A little far from the shopping but close to attractions. The only thing that was a tad off was the doors make this very loud BANG when they close so in the middle of the night you might wake up a few times (and I’m a hard sleeper). Other than that, very cute and friendly
