Overall, the service was good. The staff were attentive and helpful, but one of the front desk guy was not very welcoming.
Located just on the highway from Sunauli to Butwal, parking in front was congested. Restaurant was noisy with people celebrating birthday parties & TV was loud as well. We loved the Kothey which was juicy & tasty but per plate costed nearly 500 rupees was very high. Backyard tiny pool looked beautiful during night.
It's not 4 star as they claim. With a casino, spa and hook bar, seems not for families. I suggest you check before you book.
