The hotel had an incredible location with its own beautiful beach. The rooms were big and with loads of light. The food was very tasty. The animation team was great with incredible dancers and different programs every day! What I did not like was that the hotel is clearly short staffed. The tables at the restaurant would stay dirty for a while, we would wait for a long time for drinks or utensils, the queues for getting food are too long sometimes, and food did run out at times (which should be unacceptable for an all inclusive hotel in my opinion). Other than the speed of service I have no other complaints.
Definitely not a 4*. The rooms are dirty, smelly and worn out. The whole place in general needs maintenance and a very good cleaning. Common areas are littered with dirt and cigarette butts. The food wasn't good and the silverware was also very dirty. The personnel at the reception was nice and they acknowledged the problem but there wasn't much they could do given the situation. We were supposed to stay for a week but we left early, we had a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Best thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff. Rooms are okay Food is shocking, nothing for English all Tunisian Pool bar is sparse choice and pizza’s are chargeable along with all but one cocktail Soft drinks are just fanta or Coke Zero This is more like a low 2* definitely not a 4*
