We just saw the best card magician I’ve ever witnessed. George stumped us for eight different sleight of hand card tricks. His skill is something I’ve yet to witness at a personal or professional level.

All in all the staff was really helpful. Although my biggest critique by far is that I had hoped that the hotel had more information on where was the ski school and how to get on the gondola up the mountain. Because of the lack of information we got into a really dangerous situation because the resort's staff told us to go up an experienced chair lift and we became stranded up the mountain without assistance. I feel like this could have been avoided had the hotel staff been able to help us when we asked were we should go to. The pool area was lovely. I don't see why tap water isn't served for free. I don't love the idea of buying water. Location is really good.

Dear Nordic Management, We keep on coming back year after year for excellent location and excellent food. However, I need to point out it was not a 1st time we found recepcion staff behaving unfriendly manner and not caring customer. True that we forgot the day of departure we still kep the the ski-locker and we should had given it back in the morning - Forgot it - Sorry. However, I saw there were many empty lockers so the drama received by the receptionist was not the way you should treat your customers, especially the ones who spend money in your hotel for over 10 years in the row...I am happe to give more details but for the sace of the person in the reception, I leave it here - Sincerely, Jussi Tuukkanen - Girona
