Great location, good rooms, but a bit noisy during the night if you get the room facing the street. Staff is very polite and helpful.
One of the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotels in Prizren. The sheets in the rooms smell bad and there are lots of bugs around. The location of the hotel is quite good and the staff are understanding, but there is no cleanliness at all.
Bad management, unpolite receptionist, limited (chargeable) car parking, smelly small rooms. This hotel is rated 4-star but doesn't deserve 3-star. I don't recommend this place.
