This was such an excellent hotel. Great location and amenities, but it was really the service that put them over the top. I fell ill during my stay and the entire staff was SO lovely, offering me tea and bringing me medicine and calling to check on me. It made me feel so much better, knowing they were there for me. Every single person I interacted with was kind and considerate. Also, the breakfast is fabulous!

Excellent location. Rooms were spacious and nice with great amenities. We had a family room, which is two adjoining rooms for family of four. Beds were big and so comfortable to sleep in. There’s a pillow selection that you can order as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet that we definitely miss now that vacation is over. Indoor pool was a nice break for kids after long days of walking with a jacuzzi. Highly recommend this hotel! I would be looking for the same hotel brand in other locations/countries! We stayed from 7/9-7/14 for 5 nights.

From the moment you arrive at Okura Hotel you realise this is a special place. Quite possibly the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. Checking in was a great experience in itself (not sure that has happened before) with great detail about what the hotel has to offer. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The little touches on turn down service are most welcome including wrapping your cables with a rubber cable wrap! There are 4 restaurants, including a 2 and a 1 star Michelin starred places. Used the spa daily, I was very clean and new looking. Never got too busy. Loved the breakfast, particularly for the Japanese options. There is also a bar on the 23rd floor, great service and views to be had. While positioned out of the main central spots, the No 12 tram is close by and runs frequently up past all the museums and to the main station. I would certainly stay here again, without hesitation.
