Hi everyone, I'm Eren from Turkey. Especially I'm there for the gym and pool almost every day. The staff there do an amazing job; it is super clean, and the staff members are very helpful. Almost all the staff speak English and are well-educated. The manager and her staff doing amazing work. I strongly recommend it.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at your hotel. I found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and attentive, which truly made a positive difference. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed in my room and the delicious breakfast options. One area where I believe there could be a slight improvement is the SPA facilities. While functional, a refresh or expansion of the amenities, could elevate the guest experience further. Thank you again for a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting Hotel Oran Bay again in the future.

My stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience of my life. The rooms were not just dated; they were frankly filthy, creating an unsanitary environment. The so-called 'food' served in this establishment was an abomination. To even dignify it with the term 'food' feels like an insult to actual sustenance. It was a revolting mess, utterly inedible. Comparing it to prison food would be a gross overestimation of its quality – honestly, it resembled something far more akin to actual refuse. Adding insult to injury, the staff appeared utterly incompetent, unable to address even basic requests. The hotel's equipment felt ancient and barely functional, yet the prices charged were ridiculously exorbitant for the appalling quality offered. What's truly shocking is that it seems management actively condones this unacceptable state of affairs. Save yourself the profound disappointment and look elsewhere – I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
