Clean, modern hotel with great central location. All staff friendly and helpful.
I have stayed here only one night but I have found that it is a very good one. The bed and pillow are very good. I have a well sleep and relaxing one. The room itself is spacious and clean. The location is near the Square Name Piazza Galimberti and lots of shops nearby. The best thing for me is the Illy cafe near the hotel. Only 2-3 mins walk along the street. If I have to come here again, I will definitely choose the hotel.
Pleasant hotel, good location (with underground parking for 15 eur per night). Only things that let it down were the air conditioning was poor (the room wouldn't go below 26 degrees - not great for someone used to a British climate!), both the handles on the shower were broken with screws sticking out, the shower drain cover was broken and sharp and quite a lot of paint was peeling in the bathroom.
