The rooms and location are stunning. Relaxing, peaceful and with stunning views of the pacific and the beaches below. Alfredo made our stay even better - he kindly arranged the decoration of the room with balloons and got a cake for my wife’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always happy to help answering questions.
Pasión de Luna has an incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted staff (every single person in the hotel!). They try really hard to make your stay special . The rooms are modern, spacious and spotless clean with amazing terraces and view over the Puerto Angel bay. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel on this part of the coast, this is the place to come and relax. The hotels is not entirely finished yet but therefore the price is more than fair for what you get in return! Thank you so much for everything 🧡
We stayed at Passion de Luna as part of our honeymoon for 3 nights. It is a unique hotel that looks like a work of art in a perfect location perched on the rocks separating both beaches in Puerto Angel. The views from our terrace and the restaurant are amazing. However getting there requires navigating a steep and very poorly maintained road. 4x4 are highly recommended. There are ongoing construction works at the hotel and some areas leave a messy impression. When we arrived we were greeted by Alfredo but as the personnel of the hotel apparently just works until 4pm he didn’t stay around. Dinner and breakfast needed to be arranged with Ana. The process was a bit cumbersome as you needed to predetermine when you would be having your meal and there was no menu. You basically were told that anything is possible, and then had to find out what really was feasible and what wasn’t. Luckily there were 2 other French guests in the hotel who spoke fluent Spanish and could assist us with this. The food Ana cooked was excellent and would merit a full restaurant each day. We would have loved to give five stars for our experience, and the location, the potential of the facilities, the quality of the cooking and the friendliness all are 5 stars. However the inefficient management (impossible to order a drink if you haven’t pre-arranged it the day before) and the unfinished aspect of the property make us give only three stars
