Amazing food. The service was fast and kind. We just had dinner here but we could clearly see that the hotel is a very good option as well. Definitely one of the best options in Quito historic center.
Beautiful property with pleasant staff. Room was warm to sleep. And laundry services were much too high. At least triple what we paid in other South American cities. Find another place for laundry.
The manager of the place was extremely rude. I approached to get a coffee and she started questioning what I was doing there, saying that I couldn’t be there. She told me I had already been there before for coffee and that if I’m not a foreigner, I’m not allowed to be there. Completely out of line. And rude. That kind of people should not be working in hospitality if they don’t have that very important skill.
