Five star experience in every aspect. I tend to stay in five star hotels and have travelled around the world extensively. I was extremely surprised throughout my stay. Staff at Patria provided exceptionally friendly and professional service in every interaction. I would like to mention Sona, great check in with a smile. Also Gabriela - massage was amazing, Gabriela was superb, attentive and showed care and professionalism. Super wellness, although small children should not be allowed in the wellness area in the evening in my opinion. Wellness was superb, pool lovely temperature. Room very clean and very comfortable, excellent shower, great breakfast! Very flexible about parking. Will be back soon!
Good hotel near tatra tower. Dog friendly, spacious rooms, but one feedback is that room is missing basic amenities like water kettle and tea/coffee bags Otherwise everything is fine.
The rooms are old-fashioned, but the view of the lake is pleasant. Not much to do around here outside the ski season. Breakfast is good and hotel restaurant by the lake very traditional and very tasty.
