hi - we stayed a week in jan 2025 with balkan holidays - highlights - breakfast is great - pool and sauna are great you get a robe - beds are comfortable- showers are powerful - shuttle bus to gondola id useful - downside - it is a bit of a walk to the gondola and main bars (20 Mins) it is through the old town so a nice walk - the dinner is a bit bland but that might be because i love spicy food - yes would recommend and stay
Excellent location and service, but needs renovation. No air conditioning, problem with the door and we changed the room. Nice swimming pool and spa, and beautiful interior design. Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well.
Posting again giving two stars so my post doesn´t get deleted as it did the first time when I gave it 1. Hotel is not 4 stars or even 3. It had the worst beds I have ever slept in. There are way better hotels in Bulgaria, at a way better price. Waste of money.
