My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Place d'Armes this past week, and I can confidently say it was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the service and hospitality were simply exceptional. A very special thank you to Ricardo at the concierge desk, who went out of his way to help organize a beautiful surprise for my wife’s birthday. She was greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbly in our room—a gesture that truly made the occasion unforgettable. The entire staff consistently went above and beyond to take care of us. One evening, while we stepped out for dinner, we returned to find our room spotlessly refreshed with an unprecedented mid-evening clean-up—a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made us feel incredibly well cared for. To top it all off, we received a personalized card from the hotel, along with chocolates and a plush teddy bear for our daughter. It was such a heartwarming gesture and truly showcased the hotel’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. We would absolutely stay at Hotel Place d'Armes again and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and memorable experience. Hotel Place d'Armes is a superb place to stay with an excellent location in Old Montreal. Service is a cut above the rest with all those we talked to patiently helpful, especially their concierge. And with three wonderful restaurants in the building, it can't be beat. The only fault was the A/C which was a little noisy when running.
