Hotel Playa Costa Verde

I am pleased to express once again my satisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay. It is a pleasure to return to a place that has always been distinguished by the warmth of its staff, the quality of its services, and the natural beauty that surrounds it. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was prompt and friendly, facilitating a smooth check-in. The rooms, as always, were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for a restful stay. The cleaning team maintains a high standard, which is greatly appreciated. The cuisine, although sometimes limited, is excellently flavorful and creatively presented. Both at the buffet (a service temporarily offered at the Criollo Restaurant) and in the specialty restaurants, the staff's effort to provide fresh and well-prepared options is evident. The service in the bars and cafes also maintains an excellent level, with well-prepared drinks and always a smile. The entertainment area and the daytime and evening activities are acceptable; I love the magician's shows. One aspect I'd like to particularly highlight is the ongoing pool renovations. As a regular guest, I welcome this improvement initiative. Although its use is temporarily limited, it's a necessary and valuable investment for the future comfort of our guests. Furthermore, the hotel has clearly communicated this situation and compensated for the experience with alternatives such as beach activities and increased attention to other areas of service.

It's always a pleasure to return to the Playa Costa Verde hotel. The attentive staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and quality of service remain excellent. Although the buffet is temporarily being offered at the Criollo Restaurant, the food maintains its flavor and creative presentation. Particularly noteworthy is the pool renovation, a much-needed improvement that demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. I also thank management for their cordial service and for always being attentive to the well-being of guests. See you again soon!

Here our 11 days at the hotel are over. We didn't want to leave and it's real!! We couldn't part with the ocean of warmth and care from the resort staff. Every wish was fulfilled immediately! The friendliness of the hotel staff is simply colossal. We, who came for a very short time, were welcome guests for the hotel! A variety of food was always waiting for us in the dining room. We could quickly grab a bite to eat in the snack bar. When we arrived at 10:00 pm, we could only eat in the snack bar and we ate very well! And the evenings were with music and other entertainment programs. Thank you, thank you all!!! We can't wait to return to this wonderful corner of warmth and happiness.
