They have a great room good shower. Could upgrade there toilet paper. The views of the city were amazing. The pool was nice and relaxing. There was a problem on our floor and they went out of their way to try and make our stay the best. We speak very little Spanish and they had staff that spoke English and we used google translate. Great staff very honest and helpful. They have a parking garage that is guarded. They also exchange currency if the US dollar is in good condition.
Good service from hotel personnel. Rooms was spacious and clean with good view balcony. Internet connection service was poor idling all time and during morning hours no internet service. I won't recommend for business stays because of the poor internet service.
My rechargeable hair trimmer was stolen from my room. When I reported the stolen item, they said the staff did not find anything in my room. They have cameras in the hallway and could see who went in and out of my room, but they did no investigation. Very disappointed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
