I stayed here twice and had an awesome experience both times! The rooms are very spacious, the staff are incredibly courteous and friendly, the food is great, and there's a lot of nearby stores and restaurants. I'd highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to my next trip!
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are very courteous and provide great service. The suites are spacious, modern, and chic. The hotel offers free breakfast and the restaurant a great selection of food and drinks. Clara, Deivy, Lalo were three staff members that went above and beyond to provide amazing service. Will recommend and will definitely return.
I booked 2 rooms, and when we got there they were not available. They had given them to someone else. Just like I was scammed in sure they gave the rooms to someone else who paid more. The rooms/servicesI had booked include: - two rooms - shuttle service to the airport - breakfast - free parking on site After a lot of back and forth they offered me - a more expensive room, in a different and not safe location - parking was extra and 4 blocks away - no shuttle service - no breakfast They really expected me to stay somewhere in a dangerous part of town, walk 4 blocks at night with my daughter and luggage
