The first time I arrived, I was dazzled by the splendor of the view. Port Moragan is a wonderful hotel situated in the heart of a paradise island. It is undoubtedly the most beautiful place I have ever visited in Haiti. The staff are extremely courteous and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food served in the hotel is fantastic and always fresh. The landscape around the hotel is fascinating, and we felt completely in touch with nature. It is the perfect place for a family dream holiday or to escape the deafening din of the urban environment. One of the most notable features of Ile a Vache is its stunning natural landscapes. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls through the island's lush forests, take a dip in the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean, or simply relax on one of the island's many pristine beaches. With its year-round sunshine and warm temperatures, Ile a Vache is an ideal destination for beach lovers and water enthusiasts. The bungalows are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. They offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The entire property is simply breathtaking, and we found ourselves constantly admiring the views.
Why not a 5 stars cause the internet is suck and there's no TV. Other than that this place is really great , I enjoyed every second
Sadly, I visited Port Morgan in Ile-a-Vache and was very disappointed by the State of affairs there. Poor tourism turnout caused management to drain the pool. The legendary resort with it's infamous pool bar with stools submerged in the water was completely empty! The civic unrest on the mainland of Port-au-Prince has frightened tourist. The island is very safe and the locals are very friendly. I could only imagine how beautiful Port Morgan was in its heyday. The property sits high on a bluff overlooking The Bay of Port Morgan. Elaborate stone work and lush tropical vegetation adorn the 35 acre property. Even in its state of disrepair, it is still beautiful.
