This hotel and the rooms look almost new. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 5:30am and my check in wasn't till 4pm, but they made me welcome, took my bags, made me coffee and found me a quiet chair to have a sleep. They then got my room ready for 1pm. Exceptional service.
Stayed a week and experience mostly positive. Breakfast was decent and the room nice size and cleaned properly. Staff was mostly friendly, but some people especially on breakfast seemed like they wanna kill you for wasting their time. Some weird stuff like pool being closed full day every week and everything closes at 7
Good location, about 7 min walking to the beach (not the best one though). But definitely not worth the price (although we discovered in general nothing is worth the price in San Andrés.... Quite disappointing). The room was not well maintained (the sliding door of the bathroom was broken, the ac was not well adjusted,...), you have to book your time for the gym, and the pool is small and reduced opening hours (from 10am to 6pm). Finally, the breakfast was of low quality and quantity. Not recommend at all.
