A big compliment to the hard working staff in the kitchen, in the bars and the restaurant. Everybody was very friendly. Said was the star in the entertainment. We had a good time and enjoyed every minute from our stay
The location is the only thing good about this hotel. The staff are excellent but they must be really embarrassed to welcome guests here. It is definitely NOT a 4 star. It would do well to even reach 2 star. It is extremely dated, badly needing renovation or pulled down. It would do so much better if it was a better hotel. The hot water is very brown, so you actually feel dirty after a shower. The bathroom ceiling looks like it’s going to fall in. I’m so glad I’m only here for two nights, as I could not stay here any longer. I stayed in the Alegria Colonial hotel, which is very close by. It is very good in every way, so I expected this hotel to have the same quality. I am extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t even consider returning. No wonder it was very discounted in price. Hurry up and sort this hotel or it will need shut down due to lack of guests.
Very old hotel, seems like they did not invest or do any renovations at all since it opened. Would not categorize 4* though. The gym is horrible. Only nice thing is the view.
