Hotel Pravo Hong Kong

🙏❤️🇹🇭I am from Thailand. I made a reservation through an app agency. During the reservation, I needed to postpone my flight. So I booked an additional hotel according to my arrival date in Hong Kong. And I made a mistake from the reservation. Later, the receptionist named Herman Tsui helped me to stay smoothly. He had to make an agreement with the manager until he understood. Later, he called to inform us that we could stay without paying any more. I am very happy and would like to thank Hotel Pravo, and Herman Tsui for taking good care of our international guests. We will definitely come back to stay here again next time.

It was a good experience staying in Pravo in terms of location and amenities. Easy access to everywhere via MTR and Bus. The reception team is excellent especially Ms Betty Kong.She is very knowledgeable on local customs on where to buy and what to buy.She patiently and excitedly explained to me in detail. Very appreciate of her and humble person. This kind of service will surely lead to more guest staying here. KUDOS to Betty. Stay humble always.Her manager,Ms Peggy must be gifted for person like Betty.

Hotel Pravo located strategically very near to bus point and Metro station (Tsim Tsha Tsui) in Hong Kong. We can see Downtown Hong Kong buildings view from our Hotel room. We love the staff, maintenance, cleanliness of the Hotel. Rooms are kept clean always, and they extended help by keeping our luggage on our 1st day until Check-in time(Early Check-in). Thanks to the entire staff and Hotel management for giving us memorable stay!
