Our overall experience at the restaurant was excellent. Mr. Shazad Ahmed was extremely cooperative and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options, with a focus on Malaysian cuisine that we enjoyed the entire week. My kids and family loved it! The cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas was also top-notch. Special thanks to Mr. Amir – an amazing and thoughtful individual who consistently checked in with us, asking if we needed anything. Truly appreciated. I would also like to thank Duty Manager Mr. Ryan and his colleague for being very supportive and attentive. Their professionalism and care made our stay even more pleasant. I must say this is my third visit to Pullman and every time I came, I had a pretty bad experience in terms rooms at times or service. But this time was amazing. I love the room. It was very nice, neat and clean. The service was amazing and I must say all thanks to Mr.Majed who helped me with everything. Thank you. This visit is truly memorable and best. Thanks! I love the fact they changed the flooring which makes the room looks big and neat.
