Hotel Putnik Kopaonik

The hotel is modern, beautiful, and spacious. The rooms are also modern and well-sized, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spa area is clean and well-maintained, although the temperature in the sauna and the Turkish bath is lower than expected. The food is excellent! I would especially like to commend the older gentleman who is likely the restaurant manager - his kindness and dedication to his work stand out - he is a true professional.

A charming little hotel with well-appointed rooms and enjoyable breakfast and dinner options. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, and multiple saunas and steam rooms were fantastic, especially for guests who didn’t ski and spent more time at the hotel. The staff was highly professional and courteous. The hotel is located about 1 km from the center, which is convenient when the “Suncana Dolina” slope is open, as it is right next to the hotel. However, if the slope is closed, walking to the center with full ski gear can be quite challenging. The only improvement I’d suggest is extending the dinner hours, as the current timing of 5:30–8:00 PM feels too early.

Hotel very close to the 1C slope and quite far from the city (you can't walk). The pool and saunas score 10. But in the children's playground it was cold every day. Be very careful where your room is, in the bar on the side there is smoking and if you have one of the apartments 4,5 or 6 which are next to the bar all the cigarette smoke will be in your room as it happened to us even though it was with two small children and we woke up every morning in cigarette smoke plus all the noise of the people sitting in the lobby is next to your bed until 11 or 00 pm when they get tired. (our disadvantage as we had a small child). The cleanliness in the apartment very bad, full of spiders and our beds were never changed in 5 days. If you don't go skiing during the day you don't have hot water and heat. Related to the food.... good breakfast but the same every day. I don't recommend dinner at all.
