Hotel Randiya Anuradhapura

I really enjoyed the New Year function which was held today in your hotel.. This event was well organized. I enjoyed the games. The staff were polite and very helpful. Good team work of Randiya Hotel staff. The staff gave us a good service. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was well - stocked with toiletries. We especially enjoyed the last night stay. Yesterday night, the buffet we enjoyed. The foods were yummy. Especially I want to say the Manager he is a very kind young man. Thank you Randiya Hotel hope to join next year too...

We stayed in Hotel Randiya- Anuradhapura 5th August , half board , triple room From the moment to check in till we check out everything was so nice, they served delicious a set menu, had a combination of 3 types of food for dinner, we each had one. And breakfast was an amazing combination of lankan & western since there were foreigners. Although we were late for breakfast, the staff didn’t complain and kept the buffet open just for us! Thank you so much!!!

We recently had a workshop at this hotel. Overall, the experience was okay, but the service could have been better. The event arrangements were fine, but the service wasn’t very professional or efficient. The staff were polite but seemed to need more training to manage events smoothly and meet guests' expectations.
