Excellent hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and tasty meals. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. I'll definitely go back there for my next holidays.
Nice large rooms. Very clean and with excellent hygiene measures in place throughout the hotel. Nicely decorated and well-equipped sauna and hammam (for private use while we were there due to covid-19). Good breakfast and we had a lovely evening meal too. The owner/manager is very helpful and friendly.
When we arrived in the room it looked like it was over 30 degrees. Super hot and unbearable during the night. Open windows and shutters and the placed mini fan offered no relief. Only able to sleep for 3 hours and therefore missed breakfast. Host did not find this an excuse to credit the breakfast. Nor did he come up with a customer-oriented proposal to find a solution. Was very arrogant about it. The main course enjoyed was overpriced with 25 euros for a schnitzel. But it tasted good. Agreed price at the telephone booking was, it turned out later, not fulfilled. More than 7 euros more calculated. After our roadtrip with several hotels, nothing to complain about, this final last minute hotel had the worst experience.
