Our first visit to Havana and we are very pleased to stay here. Pool and sea view room with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with generous hot water. The staff is always kind and offering everything you could require. Friday night band with excellent songs and a very lively poolside party. Plenty of dancing as well. This hotel really has a wonderful Cuban flavor in all ways. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet and the on-site restaurant is absolutely spectacular for dinner. Poolside fare is also fantastic. Pizzas are large and delicious. I did also love the sunbathing terrace. We've had an absolutely wonderful 3 days, exploring many nearby locations and would recommend this hotel for your travel needs. Thank you everyone here at Roc Presidente for making our trip to Havana absolutely perfect.

I really enjoy coming here when I need to go to get some work done. The internet here is the best of all of the hotels that I have worked in the Vedado area. There is always someone at the door greeting me with a smile and I feel that the customer service is great. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to have some peace and quiet while online and you can even have a place to charge your laptop!

Room Air condition didn't work. They kept saying they fixed it but it didn't cool any air. We stayed in the first week of July with temperatures above 30°C and humidity 95%. There is no air conditioning in the lobby. It was torture. There are 2 elevators. One permanently not working and the other is barely functioning. The wall paint is peeling and the carpet in the hallways hasn't been washed in ages. It's an old hotel with poor maintenance and it shows. The breakfast buffet is "edible". Try to get to buffet as early as you can. The air condition in the dining area is kept at higher temperatures (may be 27 or 28 °C), so the safety of many items for consumption are questionable at that point.
