A beautiful hotel, designed to match the charm of the town, resembling a cozy cabin in the woods. It creates a perfect winter and ski atmosphere, completing the experience for a magical vacation. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and eager to help—whether with recommendations or any needs related to the hotel. For example, guests can securely store their equipment and even shower after skiing, even after check-out. The hotel offers a well-equipped gym free of charge. The spa isn’t free but is also nice.
We stayed here out of season. The lady on reception is delightful and so helpful. The spa is well worth the money. Thank you to the lady on reception for being so helpful. 😀
The hotel is lovely, excellent location and food was great. The spa is nice, but it would it be way better if they offer a fresh water at the spa reception. Also surprisingly there are no bathrobes, sleepers or body lotions in the room, for a 4 stars hotel it comes like a surprise as well. Lobby is wonderful, people that works nice and helpful.
