The best hotel I stayed at in Tuzla. Shoutout to the receptionist Amar who prepared some toast for me at 2 in the morning when I arrived after a long drive. The room is very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is also free parking in front of the hotel.

Amar, Mirza, and Edin were particularly incredible—they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was really impressed by the level of cleanliness; it’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. Breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, with fresh and delicious options every morning. It was a great way to start the day, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious and clean. Special praise goes to the reception – very friendly and helpful. One of the staff even exchanged euros for local currency so I could use the vending machine. That kind of service really stands out. Rooms are decent, but there are a few issues: the shower floods the entire bathroom, the fridge doesn’t cool properly, and the air conditioning is weak – it struggles to keep the room comfortable. The hotel has a garage, which is great, but if there’s an event on the weekend, parking can be difficult. The location is quite far from the city center, so a car is practically necessary. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. I arrived before 10 AM (breakfast runs until 11), and almost nothing was left – just some scrambled eggs. No cold cuts, no cheese, and staff didn’t seem interested in refilling anything. They were sitting behind the bar and only added more eggs. Tables weren’t set, and guests had to take cutlery themselves. There were only around 8 people in the restaurant, so this should not have been a problem. The hotel has potential, with great front desk staff and nice rooms, but the poor breakfast experience and room comfort issues affected the overall impression.
