Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach

We loved this hotel…it’s Santa Theresa adjacent — so you can stroll into the dusty main road of Santa Theresa and visit the great restaurants and bars but then return to this lovely hotel with great rooms and service (David & Astrid were excellent!). Loved the breakfast (coffee was great), hotel parking is easy (that says a lot in this area!!) and loved that you could walk down to the fabulous beach in 5 minutes and enjoy the sunset at El Carmin’s. We will happily return !

This hotel was great. It was just what we needed the night we arrived in town. The AC was cool, the showers were hot, the staff was super kind and willing to assist us with whatever we needed. Also, it’s a very short walk to the beach for sunset!

Nice hotel, excellent staff and great location. * Our room was nice and housekeeping kept it nice and clean. Our room faced the street which was very noisy. There is a nice balcony but it is too loud, dusty and exhaust smelling to enjoy. Recommend a pool view. * Nice small pool with six lounge chairs and umbrellas. We almost always were able to get two chairs. We also rented lounge chairs/umbrellas on the beach for $20 which is 1 min away. * The staff is very professional and responsive. I thought our Expresso coffee maker was broken. It wasn't. It was me. I didn't realize there was a button at the back/bottom of the machine. The young lady at the reception counter followed up with me more than once to make sure the coffee maker worked. * Breakfast crew very professional. I will say the breakfast is so-so but it's included. You had to make reservations for breakfast and the fresh fruit was often not restocked. * Parking is available in front and there is overflow across the street. We always found a spot in front.
