Just came back from a weekend away at beautiful beach of Sutomore. I stayed at Sato Hotel and I could surely say that my stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The service was impeccable, with every detail handled with great care and professionalism. The staff were not only attentive but also made everything feel effortless, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience throughout my visit. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort quality and outstanding hospitality. Congrats to Hotel Sales Manager and Jovana for their charming approach to our needs. Thank you
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, we had a truly stunning sea view from the 10th floor – it was breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Unfortunately, in the evenings there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage around the area, which really affected the comfort of our stay. Room service was a complete disappointment – we had to wait 3 hours and 20 minutes just for one drink and a plate of fruit, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. On a brighter note, the masseuse was a very kind and attentive lady who also takes care of the pool and sauna area, which made that part of the hotel a pleasant place to relax. Overall, the hotel has great potential and amazing views, but the service and the issue with the smell definitely need urgent improvement.
I would like to praise this hotel, the beach within the hotel, the service is also wonderful The food is very tasty, the dishes are varied The pool is beautiful, spacious, the spa is also excellent. The massages are fantastic, the girl who does them has a wonderful technique and energy, she is very kind and like this, also very valuable, the saunas are excellent as well as the jacuzzi... The only complaint is the girl in the spa who is a little confused and a little uncomfortable, all in all everything is great except for that one complaint
