Hotel Serawa Moraira

Loved this hotel. From check in to breakfast and the bar all the staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace is a great place to sit with a drink overlooking the garden. The gardens are really nice and apparently some produce served in the restaurant is grown on site. The modern design is very pleasant as are the rooms which are clean and comfortable. However like some other hotels the bathroom door doesn't really do the job of providing privacy to anyone, you can see straight through to the room while on the toilet and likewise anyone in the room can see you and hear any noises made. Why do hotels think this is OK? Otherwise, this is a great place to stay nice cool interior, lovely exterior and pool, great continental breakfast and plenty of it. Just change the bathroom doors.

I have just spend 9 days here and I am already thinking about my next stay. The staff of the hotel is amazing, always kind, smiling and ready to help. The rooms are great, big windows and lots of natural light, amazing shower as well as hair and body products. The bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is probably the best I have tried in my life, placed in a beautiful garden, in an atmosphere of absolute peace. The quality of the food of the restaurant, and the attention put in the preparation of the dishes, was immaculate. LOVED it!

Spanish company that thinks to sell Luxury but is just mediocre. The rooms are basic and there have not even smart tvs??? They will tell you that tou need a cable ??? The whole minimal concept may work for people that do not know what minimal design means. The details are rough, no quality .No room service????no mini bar?? No boiler , slippers, koffie machine???They sell you the “eco” concept but they change towels even if not asked🤣. No vibe, no identity . The staff is lovely but the whole concept is just an empty shell. Very very disappointed
