Great experience at the hotel in general, but I want to underline Daniela kindness and professional conversation in the lobby. A young super smile to have a deep dive in the Cuban culture.
What a lovely antique hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sevilla. Location is great, staff is friendly, and breakfast is great. The view from the rooms is amazing. WiFi is awful, though - the connection is often times non-existing, and you'll have to continuously turn your phone on and off to get connected. You get passwords from the front desk that last for a few hours - unfortunately, it seems you'll have to beg for these, since staff doesn't seem happy to give them to you. The hotel will only provide one free water bottle - upon check in.
I haven’t slept in this hotel, but my wife and I had lunch here as we were running low on cash and wanted to pay by card. The atmosphere is really classy and the main hall is clean and quiet. They have a nice and fresh courtyard. The service was quick and kind. Food was relatively inexpensive, but the official conversion rate (~120/1) made it a bit pricy. Average quality, normal portions. Unfortunately part of the food we received was a bit cold, that’s a pity.
