Hotel Silberhorn Residences & Spa Wengen

Great location, right next to the hotel station (but not loud). We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which included eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee, croissants. The spa was great after a day of hiking. Ahead of our trip, the staff was helpful in deciding the best accommodation for three adults.

I had the pleasure of receiving two massage sessions with Marco at the Hotel Siberhorn spa center and I am thoroughly impressed. This was my first time meeting and getting my massage therapy from Marco as I traveled to Wengen, Switzerland with friends to ski. Marco was incredibly courteous and professional. He took the time to ensure I was comfortable and fully understood my needs. Marco is clearly serious about his work and passionate about helping clients. Overall, I highly recommend Marco to anyone looking for a talented and friendly massage therapist.

Chalet Room was musty and moldy. No regular hotel service like room service or turn down service, 10 min walk outside in the cold rain or sunshine to enjoy the spa and hotel facilities (and of course the walk back) Staff said they would get back to us about changing rooms the next day and never got back. Definitely not worth expensive price tag and the 4 stars. And 28 CHF per person for breakfast? Insane. Don’t bank your whole vacation on the good reviews you see here, because obviously the experience can be VERY different. Also notice how almost all of the photos of the nice updated rooms are from the hotel itself, keep scrolling if you want to see the reviews photos from actual guests and keep in mind how many of them are NOT even of the hotel rooms 🙄
