Stayed for 1 night since it’s close to the airport for our early flight. Check-in and check-out were quick. Room was clean and comfy. Great location - lots of shops and restaurants around, and a 7-Eleven next door. Breakfast buffet was decent, not a huge spread, but had proper food and drinks. Highly recommend if you want a clean, convenient hotel near the airport and city spots.
It was a nice big hotel but rooms was okay and the pool has a charge and has to use a swimming cap
To be honest, my stay at this hotel was not a pleasant experience. The outlets in the room were 220V with no international voltage options, which was very inconvenient Additionally, the desk lamp and hairdryer provided in the room were unusable. The desk lamp was completely non-functional and the hairdryer kept falling out of the outlet, making it impossible to use properly (referring specifically to the dressing table outlets). There were three outlets in total but none of them worked effectively. On Booking.com, the hotel is listed as a four-star property, but in reality, it only meets the standards of a three-star hotel. While the lobby was relatively clean, the parking lot was free of charge, which was a small positive. The room itself was clean but the staff’s English proficiency was quite poor, which made communication difficult. For simple tasks like check-in or check-out, there weren’t any major issues but if you needed assistance with something else, such as reminders or other requests, it would be extremely challenging to communicate effectively. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as a four-star property, but it did not meet those expectations. The service was very basic, and the lack of effective communication made it extremely unfriendly for foreign visitors. Highly recommend to avoid this hotel Plus Their hotel swimming pool need to pay extra fee I think it’s around 2000 Korean dollar Which I never heard of this before Why do we need to pay extra?
