An excellent stay in a unique and well-located hotel! The hotel is housed in a former bank building that has been completely renovated, making it both original and modern. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city, making it easy to do everything on foot. The spa and pool area is very clean, quiet, and pleasant—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is decent, but the space between tables is a bit too narrow, which can be uncomfortable during peak hours. The staff is very attentive, professional, and helpful, which really enhanced our experience. The hotel bar is also a highlight, with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious cocktails. There is no private parking, but a public parking lot is located two blocks away for €25/day. A great place that we definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux dimanche dans cet hôtel au style épuré et élégant. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling, attentive and available staff. At the bar, we have enjoyed delicious cocktails, carefully prepared by Dorian, whose wise advice and remarkable know-how have sublimated our experience. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir rester installés face au bar, ce qui a contribué à rendre ce moment encore plus agréable. The restaurant seemed to us, meanwhile, a little too loaded with tables and not airy enough to our taste. On the kitchen side, from starter to dessert, each dish was tasty and perfectly executed. Special mention for desserts, both generous and delicious: we particularly recommend chocolate mousse and floating island! The chamber, charming and well soundproofed, was fitted with carefully selected quality materials. The bedding was simply excellent. We also enjoyed a moment of relaxation at the pool. The water, pleasantly warm, and the calm and soothing environment, in particular thanks to the layout of the place, allowed us to fully relax. The space was also very clean. We sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and the quality of the service, both at the reception and in room or in the kitchen. It is with great pleasure that we will come back to this beautiful establishment. Thank you again. Mrs. Neyer.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay at what was advertised as a brand-new, upscale hotel with full amenities. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the description. When we arrived, we found ourselves in the middle of an active construction site. The spa and pool weren’t open, and even basic comforts like air conditioning weren’t working at all. The building was noisy throughout the day with drilling and hammering, and the elevators were often crowded with construction workers and equipment. The lobby and restaurant felt unfinished and sparse, and our room showed signs of incomplete work—paint marks on the bathroom floor, a missing door handle (so we needed two people to open the door), and malfunctioning amenities like the fridge and TV. We had to call for assistance several times just to get through the stay. We did ask for some form of compensation, but the only offer was a complimentary breakfast. For the price we paid in advance, we expected a more complete and comfortable experience. That said, I’m giving the hotel two stars instead of one because the staff was kind and tried to be helpful, even when they didn’t have much to work with. And the croissants at breakfast were truly excellent. I hope once construction is fully complete, the hotel will live up to the potential it clearly aims for—but right now, it’s just not ready for guests.
