Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous. This hotel is 5 star with the kindest, most helpful staff, phenomenal location and superb breakfast. Brunella, Frederico and Gloria were especially helpful to us after my husband had an accident, offering their support and local knowledge to make the situation so much better. Located right on the lake, it is like being in paradise. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Such a lovely location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops, and right across from the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I asked about gluten free options at breakfast and they brought me a whole basketful of muffins and bread! We made use of the free shuttle bus to Bardolino to help get around the area
Very nice hotel. Very clean, very well organised and, above all, a really great staff. Beautiful rooms, very nice beach, lawn, terrasse, restaurant. Great gym (la palestra) and sauna. Special thanks to the cleaning ladies and to the eggs and pancakes breakfast cook: no doubt the best (and friendliest) in the world. Special attention to mister Nicola, the absolute number one on the hotel ground.
