Hotel St. Gothard

Second time we’ve stayed. Staff are really friendly, it’s clean and pleasant. Really well located for the pistes (free coach stops opposite and takes a few minutes to get to the gondola, though you could easily walk). Food is good, views are good. My only minor complaint is uncomfortable pillows 😅

I'm enjoying my stay here, booked through Crystal Ski. I won't complain because it's a good deal, but there a few things they could do better. I appreciate that the bar doesn't open till 5pm, but it would be nice if we could at least but a decent coffee in the afternoon. Vending machine coffee is not the same. Also, the beds are really comfy and the showers hot, but please at least fix the plug in the sink. The buffet style breakfast is great, and they have been really helpful with my allergies. The chef is more than willing to advise on each dish. It's really great that there is a regular free bus to the gondola that stops outside. I would definitely come here again.

I would stay here again. Whole hotel feels a bit tired but still pleasant enough. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was I got in trouble trying to take a coffee and small sandwich to my room after breakfast and was told I had to give it back and couldn't eat it outside of the breakfast area. Hotel has a big, verycold, pool. Also mini golf, kids play room, and basketball/football court. Rooms didn't have alot of sound proofing and smelled a bit like old cigarettes now and again nothing unbearable tho. Like I said before I would stay here again just pointing out somethings that bothered me.
