2.9.2023 after reading reviews I was a bit scared-however,stay was a very pleasant surprise!Standard 202 refurnished,view to Ratusha, room size rather smal,especially bathroom,but comfy and clean, water kettle was given for free at once after request, wooden floor rather noisy,but calm night- parking spacious,but tricky as in front of hotel pedestrian zone - necessary to drive to the backyard of the hotel and drive 20meters along the Rakoczi-manor against a oneway-sign! But after-guarded spacious parking. Just breakfast I would take in a cafe...its not worth 200 UAH for me..and-Wifi is very poor..

Here for 2 nights. City center location. Quick, friendly check-in. Clean, quiet room. Air conditioning. Basic bathroom amenities including hair dryer. Shower no bath tub. No in-room bottled water, coffee/tea service. The room has a fridge, safe. TV with Ukrainian channels. Some cups and saucers. Onsite restaurant for a paid breakfast. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, ATM’s and food stores in the area. Overall it’s comfortable.

We stay in room 320 twin standard for 990uah, old room, smelly toilet with very old, broken plumbing. Staff. When we come, it was around half past 12 night, one receptionist was really unhappy for us, another person was to active and ask to many privet equations. In the restaurant the staff is not profession at all, the restaurant receptionist couldn’t do anything, unfriendly at all. Room, everything very old, some parts broken, to say the room is cleaned I will not say. The toilet smells of sewage, sanitary is old and many parts are broken. Bed linin looks clean but too crumpled. Breakfast, In Menu few variants of breakfast, we ordered English breakfast which consists of two eggs and two small pieces tomatoes. Also, fresh juice which got from a cheap some box. Everything too slow, many people was angry with service and food. Total, the service is very poor, the staff is unprofessional, the food is poor. The price for such service is very high. After almost two weeks in Germany and Vienna where we stay in 45-50euro per night with breakfast – we got very poor service and “food” for the same money!!!! Never come back!!!
