Hotel Suite Hiroshima Hakushima

The place is wonderful. The owner and the receptionist are very nice to people. Their helpers also know where to enjoy the city. I love the room, the modern facilities, and the convenience. There’s also a small kitchen where you can buy some groceries from the supermarket and cook by yourself.

Radah is really kind and greeted us at the reception. The location is close by restaurants and convenient stores. It takes around 8min to walk to the JR station, but bus stop is just outside the hotel.

The room I stayed in was exactly as pictured on booking.com, clean and very comfortable. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe. I didn't use it but there was a wash machine in the room and kitchen facilities. The staff are very helpful and speak English, they do their best to accommodate. I was so exhausted I wanted to sleep later than my check out time and they were flexible, clearly explained it would be possible to leave later but there would be an extension fee (it wasn't a crazy amount either). I was able to leave my luggage on the checkout day with the front desk and explore some more before leaving the city. If you can afford to splash out a bit get a more expensive room. The wooden bath/hot tub is great after a long day of travel and hiking about and the higher rooms have an amazing view of the city. They also provide cute amenities like pjs, slippers and some basic toiletries. The hotel is not far from the local station and buses stop pretty much outside (don't be scared of buses especially if you have an IC card) would definitely stay again.
