Small but personal hotel with fine cuisine and a very attractive and cozy spa area. The rooms are not huge but very modern and comfortably furnished. Exceptionally friendly and competent staff. We didn't miss anything and will gladly return.
Outstanding service, very friendly. Really nice, modern and clean rooms, ski-depot with own locker, great location due to 2min walk to village tunnel and directly in shopping area. Dinner was very delicious and always possible to even switch courses when needed or wished. Wellness area is absolutely nice with 4 different types of Sauna and two areas to relax. Also possibility to get a massage which we did not use. Breakfast could have been offering a bit more of Tirol specialities like ham, cheese and salami and also more variety in general. This offer was rarely limited. Relax area could have been a bit more fancy as they would have invited to relax longer.
The food was good, but the waitress was really rude. They severed two of our plates to the table next to ours, and when they realized 5 min later they tried to move the already touched food to us. When we complained, the answer was rude. Took long time to get the food as well, and a bit to expensive drinking.
