Staff were friendly, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shampoo, condition, body wash, tea coffee and milk provided. The location is great if you need to be staying near Royal North shore Hospital. Great restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, my only complaint would be that it's expensive and no vegan options for people with intolerances. Will definitely stay again.
Such a fantastic location for anyone needing to be near the north shore hospital prescient. Rooms were extremely comfortable and ideal, for a short walk to north shore private hospital. Service was extremely friendly and a special shout out to Amy, for taking such great care of us. Certainly recommend this delightful hotel.
Requested a rear facing room but was told on check-in it was not available and that the hotel was fully booked. Was given a road facing room on the top floor that seems to have a water drain pipe running across the ceiling that gets quite loud during periods of rain. The windows are double layer so road noise was not noticeable. Bathroom is on the small size for my liking. Sadly there are no conveniences nearby so meals need to be ordered in. The quality of meals I had for room service met my expectations. Parking is available.
