Hotel Uyah Amed & Spa Resort

Very nice hotel! I stayed in 5 different hotels while in Bali and this one was my favorite. Very close to the beach and clean rooms. AC wasn't the best but it did work. Restaurant had delicious food and great service.

Bed and air conditioning worked great but the showers had no pressure and I couldn't really wash off the day's activities. There are also a lot of mosquitos but the beds had mosquito nets so you can sleep without fear of being bitten.

Nice enough. Simple, and sweet. Nicely put together. Shower didn’t really work - cold had better pressure than hot, which was a dribble. Breakfast wasn’t great - four mornings of extremely salty eggs and rice, which we couldn’t eat, so we chose to not have any other meals there. Good location. Putu and some of the other male staff were delightful. One lady who worked there was repeatedly rude and abrupt. On our first day I asked for extra towel and she snubbed me and made me repeat myself a number of times before mocking me and telling someone else to do it. When I called for some coat hangers she acted like she didn’t understand me, so I went to show her a picture and she snapped “I know what coat hangers are, and you can’t have any!! We don’t have enough.” One of the other staff got me some coat hangers. Unfortunately she was always in a mood and so she left a bad taste in our experience, otherwise we would’ve given a higher review.
