Hotel Valdarno

I am not a review writer but my experience staying here was interesting enough to spend time and write a review. They have a great customer service 5/5. No special location but great free parking lot. The worst part of staying here, was that not able to control AC from our room. We had Total 3 booked rooms from entire family who were staying for wedding party. All rooms are pre programmed and shut down during night! On the day of wedding, the AC was off and I had miserable time getting ready! Eventually I had to go and asked, explain why I need AC in the room!

This hotel is beautiful but very old! We stayed two nights. Staff here were helpful and the breakfast was just okay! The water heater, tray and teacups were dusty when we checked-in (as you can see in the pictures). Also, the sink seemed a bit rusty and the lights in the room were not bright enough!

Awful hotel. The only good thing is the water pressure in the shower, but the shower cubicle is horrific. Feels like down graded student accommodation. The woman that owns it is so loud, uses the lounge area downstairs as her private home lounge making video calls at the cost of her guests hearing. Breakfast is 3rd class at best. Coffee is drinkable, for Italian standards, but good on a global scale. Food is poor. Avoid!
