The staff are nice, the food is awful, ive been here for work for 20days and I have full board, yet so dissapointed I am with the Food ive eaten at the restaurant 4 - 5 times in the period. Too salty, too cold, ham in a vegetarian pizza. Wifi is poor and non existent when people come to the hotel, when the hotel is empty the wifi is good, you get more than two guests, say good bye to the wifi!
Third time I've quarantined here.. it has definately improved from the first time. The meals are more palatable and varied. The rooms are showing signs that maintenance is lacking May you carry on improving..
The hotel itself is nice, pool was closed due to government requirements. Some of the staff were not at standard, but lovely young lady( long hair) and another gentleman made up for it. A short hair lady refused for us to attend breakfast stating it is too late, when we entered this lovely young lady waitress advised it is fine , she is happy to serve us. Hotel manager was helpful on special request. Some of the staff needs serious customer service training, while others were extremely nice. Apologies, I could not take note of their names.
