A few words to describe our stay .. phenomenal .. magical .. the location is absolutely beautiful, the grounds being lush and very well maintained, our dog also loved exploring the gardens. This hotel is extremely dog friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing from the restaurant to the ones who are on duty in the hotel and even late at night. We felt very accommodated. Not only is the exterior beautiful the interior is just fabulous.. you can spend hours looking at the various pieces they have and for an object or antique lover or any one who loves old world charm it’s an absolute dream. The food at the restaurant is also amazing with a great menu and changing specials. The desserts are really not to miss.. especially on the soufflé and chocolate financier They provide loccitane products which was a really nice surprise. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. There are fresh flowers everywhere. If you love attention to detail you will feel very at home here! And the view from the rooms is incredible!! 100/10
We are two families who stayed at Hotel Victoria. Our stay was outstanding — the place is wonderful, with a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. The rooms are more than comfortable, and both the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were perfect. I come to this hotel regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly attentive. That’s the great advantage of a hotel owned and managed by a family. I highly recommend it
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel beautiful setting, great facilities, and most of the staff were warm and professional. Unfortunately, the check-out experience, particularly with the front desk manager, didn’t reflect the high standard shown by the rest of the team. It felt unexpectedly unprofessional and left us with a disappointing impression at the end of an otherwise excellent visit. Experiences like this can leave a lasting impression, especially in a high-standard hotel, where transparency and respectful communication should be the norm. I believe in giving honest and constructive feedback, and I genuinely hope this is received in that spirit.
