Hotel Vina del Mar Pineta

They do not have balconies for familyrooms and the rooms are not big,but nicely done and the AC works very well. The strand is in the backyard and there are pools too. The staff -inclusive the owner- is extremely nice and helpfull. The kids had an amasing time and so had the parents too. :) We definitely come back here next year! Thank U!

The best in this hotel is surely the location. Directly at the beach with the sun beds included. They also have a nice garden with the pool. Family rooms quite small and have no balcony which is a bit anoying when you come back from the beach and there is no place to hang a wet towel or swimming suit. It was rainy for a 2 days so part of the meals was served indoors. This room was quite old fashioned. Apparently there was an animation for the kids but at the time we were there it was rarher poorely organized, safe for one evening with the Magic Show. Otherwise my kid was disapointed. The lady was focused on the German speaking kids, that were 99% on the permises, and she was left out. For the food- we had option with the brekfast and bought dinner once (25 eur for an adult + 15 eur for the kid without drinks). Buffet was It was OK, aome cold starters, one pasta, risotto and main to chose from 3 opions given before. But as it was only available for 1 hour from 7.30PM, and we had the feeling they were rushing and "stealing" the plates. Pizza and gniocci were terrible, therefore we didnt decide for another evening and were chosing other options in the area. Brekfast was also OK but not super quality. Not much vegetables and dry cucumbers. Overall it was ok but closer to 3 than 4 stars, given also the fee for a night. End of August/Sept and 300eur for bed and brekfast.
