Check-in is remote via a tablet. It is fairly straightforward assuming you know your registration number. You must have a short interview during check-in. Room (702) was very large. Large smart TV. Bathroom sink and shower are in a separate room from the toilet which is nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. AC worked well. Larger refrigerator than most places. Overall a very nice place. Note they do not do room cleaning. So any longer stays need to take this into account. You will have to wash your bedding and towels and deal with any rubbish yourself. Also this specific room made a lot of wind noise at the door when the balcony door was opened. You can mitigate by placing something in front of the door at the floor. Lastly there are a lot of things that have lights on them and prevent the room from getting completely dark at night.

Quick place to stay while you wait for your main stay hotel while in Fukuoka. The bathroom fan didn’t work so the toilet aroma stuck around in the bathroom. Overall. I really like the place as a temporarily stay. The bath and shower has heat so you can wash and then dry clothes in the shower. The tv is big but you can see much at the dinner table since it’s so big in front of your face. Overall, very nice hotel and conveniently located in the center of lots of shops, subways, and bus stops.

This is one of the most disappointing apartments I have ever lived in at Fukuoka. No staff could ever been able to show up when you need help. We spent 30 mins to check in and it’s difficult to find the staff with the tablet at the front desk. The staff keep asking us to pay tax rather than assist us to check in. They chargers tax for toddlers even below 2 years old. The room was smell and the air conditioner was full of dust and it’s like never been cleaned for years. It took more than 30 mins to cool down the room to an acceptable temperature in summer. The location was fine. It’s within walking distance to reach landmark of 中州. All in all, I do not recommend to stay there. You should have plenty of choice in Fukuoka.
