I stayed with a group of 6 rooms and was enamored with the kindness of every employee I encountered. From the check-in desk, to the breakfast waiter, the carpet cleaner who let me borrow a pen, to the chef I met at the front desk, EVERYONE was a delight. Kind and helpful, genuinely caring. The property itself is really nice. Rooms have beautiful accountrement - robes and great soaps/shampoo and very comfy beds. I found it exceptionally clean. It's quiet and parking ($34/nt) is private, gated and feels very safe. Definitely would recommend for a night or for a basketball team!
We stayed here for 3 nights. I really have nothing to complain about. The rooms were spacious, had plenty of hanging space for clothes and enough space for a couple suitcases. The water pressure in the shower is HIGH! The coffee maker worked well. Beds are comfy. There's no view or anything from our room (711), it's just of the highway. We didn't come here for the hotel, so we didn't care. I didn't try the pool, but the fitness center had most everything I could've needed and cold lemon water which was a nice touch. It was never too crowded either. Only reason I subtract a star is that they charged $34 a day for parking. I realize this is now standard in the hotel business, but considering there's no lack of space for parking in the area, it seems like just another way to squeeze out a dollar. We ate breakfast at the restaurant which was good. There is a grab and go coffee station in the front which had plenty of snacks and drugstore items that you might need. Overall, can't complain and it was a great experience.
$75 additional per day for a small dog. $35 for parking. They only thing missing was a ridiculous restore fee ugh. Oh yeah... those fees were not mentioned when I reserved over the phone. Front desk staff not welcoming whatsoever. Had the 2 room suite but the living room area was narrow and not very comfortable. Bed was comfortable and guests I meet in the elevator and lobby were very friendly.
