What a great place, terrific resturants and views over the water, only very slight niggle is room needed a bit of TLC - a must stay venue
This is a quality hotel at a reasonable price. I have stayed two nights in different rooms. The main hotel rooms are furnished to a better standard than the annexe, but both are very acceptable and spacious. Continental breakfast only, but good self service selection.
The breakfast was truly disappointing for a four-star hotel. I honestly didn’t enjoy it at all. The only positive aspect was that I could order eggs, like an omelet or scrambled eggs — that was the one decent option. But everything else was below expectations: the fruits, especially the kiwis, had a strange smell, and the cucumbers were soggy. The cheese selection looked cheap and processed, like pre-sliced plastic-wrapped cheese with no variety or quality alternatives. Overall, the breakfast didn’t live up to the four-star standard at all. That said, the rest of the hotel was actually quite good.
